1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Opinly ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (our End User License Agreement for use of the app). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. Creating an account requires you to confirm your acceptance.

2. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abuse

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users on Opinly. Objectionable content includes, without limitation: content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, hateful, discriminatory, threatening, violent, harassing, or that promotes illegal activity; content that infringes intellectual property or privacy; spam; and malware or deceptive links. Abusive behavior includes harassment, stalking, impersonation, coordinated attacks on other users, and any conduct intended to harm or intimidate others.

We may remove content, block interactions, suspend or permanently terminate accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate. Users can block others and report concerns; reports are reviewed by our team.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your password and account.
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

4. User Content and Conduct

You retain ownership of content you post (reviews, comments, photos). By posting, you grant us a license to display, store, and distribute that content as needed to operate the Service.

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, defamatory, or illegal content.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Upload content that infringes others' intellectual property or privacy.

Opinly and its branding, design, and software are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our permission.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that reviews or other content are accurate, complete, or reliable. User-generated content reflects the opinions of individual users, not Opinly.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will indicate the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
